Coronavirus – Protection & Preventative Measures

To safeguard you and your guests further during your stay, and in response to the course guidance we have made some alterations to the accommodation and its amenities.
1) Air – condition Units filters will be sanitized before every check in. However it is the recommendation of the authorities that A/C should not be used at all or used with open windows and with vertical direction of the air.
2) Reduced the number of scatter cushions around the Villa
3) Removed non essential fabric accessories
4) Textiles that can’t be washed every time (eg curtains, sofas etc) will be disinfected with a 70C steamer.
5) Reduced the number of towels available at arrival to reduce any cross contamination. Additional fresh towels sealed in bags are readily available but should not be mixed with used towels, which should be discarded in available laundry bags.
6) Provided instant sanitizing gel for hands and objects around the property
7) Provided soap in all bathrooms and the kitchen. A 1lt bottle of disinfectant liquid for all surfaces will be also available for your convenience.
8) All crockery and cutlery has been and should be washed on a hot cycle in the dishwasher.
9) All sunbeds will have been cleaned using soap & hot water. We advise using the beach towels when utilizing the sunbeds. Disinfectants shouldn’t be used in external areas according to the authorities.
10) Removed all magazines and books.
11) Board games are available but have not been subject to an antivirus clean.
12) Any repairs or servicing required during your stay will be by appointment and whilst you are out of the villa. The team will sanitize any surface used during repairing.
13) Any deliveries will / should only be made to the gate.
14) No visitors should enter the villa.
15) The pool is kept clean and free of bacteria and viruses by the use of chloride, which makes its use very safe. The pool is checked and cleaned twice per week.
16) Floats for the pool, if you wish to use, should be cleaned before use by submerging in the pool for at least 1min or being cleaned with hot soapy water.
17) The team will not be able to provide their personal vehicles to transport guests to supermarkets etc.
18) The team will not provide any extra cleaning services after your arrival and during your stay following the authorities regulations for covid – 19 precautions, unless otherwise requested.
19) In case of symptoms related to Covid -19 during your stay with us (fever, cough, weakness, smell and taste loss, breathlessness etc.) please inform the property manager immediately! She will contact authorities and advise you appropriately. She will be available for any further help needed.
