What makes our villa really special, apart from the spacious interior, is the large outdoor areas with shaded furnished patios and a huge lawn garden (1300sq m). The private pool is 43sq. meters with a depth of 1,40 meters. The new amenity of the villa (added in 2023) is the 5-seat spa with blue tooth audio at the back yard. It is equipped with brand new stylish sunbeds and drink tables, a very comfortable seating area just next to the pool, and another sitting area next to the kitchen. Also, there is a very well organized BBQ area with an extra fridge for cold drinks, and a dining table with comfortable chairs to seat 6. These amenities are available for you, to ensure relaxed and comfortable outdoor living during day and night.
